I just picked up my SUV today and the experience was awesome. I was not an easy customer it was an insurance claim but I didn’t have the money to pay the deductible for a while so I rescheduled multiple times with no issue. Staff were always friendly. The under promised and over delivered by telling me I’d be with out my car for 3 weeks and got it back in better condition than I left it after one week. During the week the called and texted updates it was such an easy process as well as they gave me a lifetime warranty on the work! Seriously a great experience

I'm disappointed with the service and repair. They did fix the crash damage, but the headlight they replaced is translucent rather than clear like the other headlight, and since they are also mismatched, it looks odd as well. I added a photo, but it looks even worse in person. I called them about it and they were supposed to have someone call me back, but never did. I waited a while for it to clear up and it never did. I called back again for help, and still was not able to get any help. They did good work on fixing the body damage, I'm just really disappointed with the headlight and them not returning my calls to fix it. I just feel like once they get your business and you're out the door, they don't really stand behind their work. I recommend making sure everything is correct before leaving. I missed this piece and paid for it.

Update. My windshield wipers are now working intermittently. The company refuses to make right on the damage they caused to my tail light, even though the manager inadvertently confirmed they altered the photos after the fact. 10 day repair turned into 6 weeks and was not even done correctly. My replacement hood is either the incorrect part or improperly installed, signaling my warning light at every right turn. Additionally, the shop cracked my tail light, lied about it, and refused to replace it. They returned my car damaged and improperly repaired with incorrectly inflated tires, missing valve stem caps, and missing a quarter tank of gas. The only resolution offered was to replace the three dollar valve stem caps if I’m willing to drive a 20 mile round-trip to pick them up. I should have read the reviews more thoroughly.

I had a great experience with Crash Champions in Port St. Lucie. After my accident, my car had serious front damage, but they fixed it perfectly. The car looks brand new now. Great communication, smooth process, and very professional service. Highly recommend 💥🙏

I took my 2025 Honda accord to get serviced after it was in a car accident. It was easy to make an appointment and the receptionist was very nice and willing to help with scheduling, but they kept my vehicle for almost 2 weeks when only one was quoted. I know I know mechanic shops all do that however, they never bothered to keep me updated as to why they were keeping it or what was going on. They gave a bunch of different answers the two times I did call to check on my car. 0 reaching out initiated on their end other than the text update I got that my car new completion time kept getting extended. When I received my car back the first time they said they ran through all the inspections it’s ready. My mirror was not popped back in place so I couldn’t adjust the passenger side mirror. The passenger side window was systematically faulty as well. They said they must have missed it in inspections east electrical error fix but I had to bring it back and they provided a rental and said this will just take a day that was on 3-25-26 I called this morning on 3-30-26 having not heard about my one day fix and having run out of patience, only for them to casually say oh yeah it’s ready now..
